Claudio Perez

Claudio Perez is a compassionate civil litigator and former public defender. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, he moved to Indiana in 2010 to pursue graduate studies at the University of Notre Dame, earning a master’s degree in theology. He worked in public service roles before enrolling at Indiana University Maurer School of Law, graduating in 2020. He served as a public defender in Marion County for nearly four years, then transitioned to civil litigation in 2024, joining Powless Law Firm in 2025.
