Clyde O. Black, II received a B.A. in Philosophy from Gettysburg College in 1962 and a Law Degree from The Dickinson School of Law in 1965. He served as Notes and Comments Editor of The Dickinson Law Review and was a member of the National Moot Court Team. He was Assistant District Attorney for Blair County from 1966-1972 and a member of the Blair County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. Mr. Black retired from practice on August 31, 2017.
