Clyde R. Parks is the founder and lead attorney at Parks Law Firm, with over 50 years of legal experience. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University and St. Mary's School of Law. Mr. Parks is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas since 1973 and is admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court, the Northern District of Texas, and the Eastern District of Texas. His practice areas include Personal Injury Law, Gas and Oil Law, Tax Law, and Bankruptcy Law. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
