Colden R. Battey, Jr. has practiced law at Harvey and Battey for 59 years, serving as a partner for 57 years. He was awarded the Order of the Palmetto in 2024, South Carolina’s highest civilian honor, for a lifetime of extraordinary achievement and public service.
