Colleen M. Blinkoff

Attorney Colleen M. Blinkoff received her undergraduate degree in Economics in 2002 from the University at Buffalo Honors Program, graduating in only three years and receiving the Dean’s Medal for being the top graduate of the Department of Economics. She went on to receive her Master of Arts degree in Applied Economics the following year.
