About Courtney
Courtney Rowley has built her career and reputation on representing regular people, passionate about the jury system. She has obtained substantial verdicts and settlements in personal injury, employment law, wrongful death, toxic exposure, and medical malpractice. She recently joined a team prosecuting Monsanto, obtaining a $275 million verdict. She has authored four books, including Trial By Woman. Courtney is the owner of The Rowley Law Firm, a member of Trial Lawyers for Justice, and a founder of Trial By Woman, a nonprofit. She is licensed in California, Colorado, Iowa, Montana, Washington, and Wyoming. She and her husband, Nick Rowley, have received numerous awards for their work, including the Consumer Watchdog Rage for Justice Lifetime Achievement Award and CAALA’s Ted Horn Award for Service.
