Craig Liszt is a seasoned trial attorney. Prior to joining Lipcon, Margulies & Winkleman, P.A., Mr. Liszt specialized in defending maritime claims since his second year of law school, giving him a unique advantage representing accident victims under maritime law. Mr. Liszt spent 15 years working as outside counsel for almost every major cruise line, as well as yacht owners, shipping companies, commercial ship owners, and marine businesses, so he is intimately familiar with how cruise lines - and their attorneys - defend their cases.
