Craig M. Higgins

Craig M. Higgins grew up in central Massachusetts. He graduated with high honors from Massachusetts Bay Community College and cum laude with a Political Science, B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Boston. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Massachusetts School of Law at Andover, where he received CALI excellence awards and was part of the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Advocacy team.
