Craig Welch is Chair of our Corporate, Business and Banking Law Practice Group. He has been practicing law for more than 38 years, representing clients with diverse legal needs across various practice areas. He is also the resident attorney at our Canandaigua office. Craig is experienced in all aspects of real estate, real estate development, and related transactions, as well as wills, trusts, and personal planning. His services also include corporate and business law, civil litigation, debt collection, municipal law, general legal counsel, bankruptcy, and criminal law.
