Curtis Miner is a trial lawyer with 30 years of experience in complex civil litigation and white-collar criminal defense. He has served as Lead Counsel for the Personal Injury Track in the Takata Airbags MDL and Liaison Counsel for the Wrongful Death Class in the Champlain Towers South Collapse Litigation. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. Before joining Colson Hicks Eidson, he was an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Florida.
