Daughter to Cuban/Peruvian immigrants, Cynthia is a Tampa resident of over 20-years. She has attended local schools, colleges, and is now raising her family in Tampa. Cynthia has worked as a paralegal/case manager for over 11 years, experiencing firsthand the process of helping those in vulnerable situations, which led her to dedicate herself to this field.
