Dale L. Morman

About Dale

Dale L. Morman was a founding partner of the Morman Law Firm, born in Crofton, Nebraska, in April 1927. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and the Korean War. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree and Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of South Dakota in 1954 and was admitted to the South Dakota State Bar. He served as Stanley County State’s Attorney (1955) and Sturgis City Attorney (1965-1966). He was known as a preeminent estate planner, probate attorney, corporate law, and trial lawyer. He passed away on May 21, 2009.
