About Dale

The firm’s founding attorney, Dale R. Gomes, Esq., graduated from Bethany College in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Theology. Four years later, Dale graduated from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. Mr. Gomes began his law practice at the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office, specializing in litigating cases involving sexual assault and child abuse. In 2007, he joined the El Dorado County District Attorney’s Office, continuing his career of exceptional trial advocacy in "special victim" cases. Dale has personally tried more than 100 jury trials to verdict in multiple Northern California jurisdictions. He is a dedicated and experienced trial attorney with more than 25 years of jury-trial experience, well prepared to take on insurance companies or aggressive prosecutors.
