About Dale
Dale F. Wolff joined McDevitt Osteen Chojnicki & Deters in 2013, after nearly 30 years as a senior attorney at Taylor Law Offices, P.C. He concentrates his practice in estate planning, wills, trusts, estate settlements, elder law, and real estate. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture from the University of Illinois and a Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. He served as Effingham County Assistant State’s Attorney in 1977 and 1978, and was an owner of Effingham Title Company for over 23 years. He is a past president of the Illinois Land Title Association and the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Supreme Court Committee on Character and Fitness for the Fifth Judicial District and Ombudsman for the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Illinois.
