Dallas Kephart

About Dallas

Dallas Kephart serves as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and previously served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Patricia McCullough of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court. He has experience with notable cases involving congressional redistricting, election challenges, and administrative orders, as well as appeals of license suspensions, unemployment, and workers’ compensation disputes. He also served as a law clerk to the United States House of Representatives Oversight Committee and as a student advocate to Penn State Law clinics. Dallas graduated from Penn State Law and Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.
