About Damien
Damien D. Brewster, Esq. assists local families and small businesses with a range of legal services including Orphans Court Litigation, Real Estate and Construction Law, Employment Law, Consumer Law, Juvenile Law, Criminal Law, and Estate Planning. With over 20 years of experience, he is known as a trustworthy advisor and advocate. His legal career began as an Assistant Public Defender in Montgomery County from 2005 to 2014. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Montgomery Bar Association, and various committees within the Montgomery Bar Association. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Tulane University and a J.D. degree with Magna Cum Laude honors from Southern University Law Center. Prior to law school, he was a Teach For America Corps member.
