About Dan
Dan Riggs began his legal career in 1975 and presently concentrates his practice on land and mineral matters, including mineral leases, surface agreements and easements, and litigation concerning these matters. He has litigated a number of mineral title matters as well as pipeline easement issues, both in the state and federal courts of Wyoming. Dan has served on the Wyoming Judicial Nominating Commission and the Bar Advisory Committee for the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. His primary areas of practice include Business law, Oil & Gas, Wind Energy, Banking, Real Estate, Civil Litigation, and Appellate Practice.
