About Dan
Dan Flannell joined BRE Law after a lengthy career as Moultrie County’s Resident Circuit Judge and Chief Judge of the 6th Judicial Circuit of Illinois, retiring from the bench in 2017. He also served as the City of Sullivan’s first City Administrator. His practice areas include adoption, banking, business/corporate law, guardianships, municipal government, probate/estate planning, real estate, personal injury, and worker’s compensation.
