About Dan
Dan found Berglund & Johnson with Dave Berglund in 1982. As senior partner, Dan has been representing victims that have suffered serious personal injury, burns, spinal injuries resulting in paralysis, brain injuries, loss of limbs and wrongful death for over 35 years. Dan’s forte is large, complex, wrongful death and serious personal injury cases caused by the fault of others. Such cases often involve automobile or truck accidents, defective products, construction site accidents, train accidents, airplane crashes or other failures.
