About Dan

Dan Woodard, a Tennessee native and military veteran, is an attorney at Garza Law focusing on criminal defense and DUI defense. He served in the US Air Force and as a helicopter instructor pilot in the US Army, retiring as Chief Warrant Officer 4. He later flew as an Emergency Medical Services (EMS) helicopter pilot for the University of Tennessee Medical Center’s Lifestar program before graduating law school with honors. He joined the Garza Law Firm in February 2022.
