About Dance

Born and raised in Lycoming County, Dance Fairfield, Drier is delighted to return to his hometown to serve as a local attorney. He resides uptown with his family, including his thirteen-year-old son and seven-year-old step-daughter. He has spent the last four years as an attorney in the Public Defender's Office, representing citizens charged in criminal cases as well as representing parents with Children & Youth involvement. This has given him extensive courtroom experience, with almost daily appearances and over a dozen trials. He is ready to fight for you, whatever that battle may be, including custody matters, divorce, real estate matters, estate planning, wills, and trusts, or criminal defense.
