About Daniel

Daniel A. Benjamin is a founding partner of Benjamin, Gold & Troyb, P.C. He concentrates in civil litigation, including personal injury, workers' compensation, contracts, and trust and estate litigation. He graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1975 and from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1978, where he received an American Jurisprudence Award. He is an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, and the Regional Bar Association.
