About Daniel

Daniel Benchimol, a first-generation Brazilian-American, was born in Miami, Florida. He earned a B.A. in Philosophy from Florida International University and a Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law. After working as a certified legal intern and then with the Public Defender’s Office, where he represented over 3,000 clients and conducted jury trials, he began representing injured individuals. He joined The Pendas Law Firm in March of 2021, focusing on personal injury cases.
