Daniel Colt Collins brings a broad background in civil litigation, personal injury advocacy, and entrepreneurial business management to his role at Collins & Collins. As an attorney, he has represented both institutional and individual clients in a wide range of matters, with far ranging experience spanning pleadings, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation across multiple forums. Prior to practicing law, Daniel successfully owned and operated several small businesses, giving him a deep appreciation for client service, efficient management, and creative problem-solving. At Notre Dame Law School, Daniel graduated with a focus in civil litigation and intellectual property, while interning in public service and working in collegiate athletics administration. As an undergraduate at the University of Notre Dame, Daniel graduated magna cum laude with degrees in political science, peace studies, and Irish studies, earning the prestigious Award for Excellence in Irish Studies as the top student in his program. Outside the classroom, he proudly paid tribute to his South Buffalo Irish roots while serving as the official mascot of the Fighting Irish.
