Daniel began his legal career at a top-tier plaintiffs’ litigation firm, where he worked as a law clerk and then attorney. Later, he joined Maranga Morgenstern, specializing in complex civil defense litigation. This experience allowed Daniel to gain a unique insight into the strategies and tactics used on the defense side of civil litigation before returning to plaintiff-side trial work with Carpenter, Zuckerman & Rowley.
