About Daniel

Dan spent most of the last twenty years representing businesses, both large and small, government entities and insurance companies at both the state and federal court levels. He has argued numerous cases through verdict, on appeal, and at arbitration. Dan now leverages this knowledge and experience to advocate on behalf employees. Prior to his civilian practice, Dan served as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps, during which time he deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
