Hon. Daniel J. Kelley (Ret.) is a skilled mediator and arbitrator who founded the Law Offices of Daniel J. Kelley in 2008 after a distinguished 24-year career as a Circuit Court Judge in Cook County, Illinois. His judicial tenure covered complex commercial/business litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, products liability, and criminal matters including DUI and traffic cases. Prior to his judgeship, he served 7 years in the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. He is a certified mediator and arbitrator, specializing in a wide range of disputes, and is also a certified judicial mentor and an Adjunct Professor at Kaplan University.
