Daniel J. Rothman has been practicing criminal law since 2002, with experience as a prosecutor in Story County and Polk County Attorney's offices, specializing in OWI cases. He is a graduate of the Trial Advocacy program at the National District Attorney’s Association’s National Advocacy Center and has successfully argued cases before the Iowa Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.
