About Daniel
Daniel Joseph is a partner at George & Joseph, Attorneys at Law. He graduated Cum Laude from Duquesne University School of Law in 1972 and has served as a judicial law clerk, Assistant Public Defender, and Assistant District Attorney. His primary focus is medical malpractice and personal injury litigation, major criminal offenses, auto accidents, workers’ compensation, and wills and estate administration. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, various U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer since 2004 and one of the top 100 Trial Lawyers in Pennsylvania by the American Trial Lawyer’s Association.
