Daniel M. Seiden is a skilled litigator recognized by independent attorney review organizations. He was selected for Super Lawyers' 'Rising Stars' list and The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40. He graduated cum laude from Binghamton University with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Law, and earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law on a full-tuition Monrad Paulson Scholarship. He previously worked at the New York State Attorney General's Office and served as a judicial intern for Hon. George J. Plata. Before joining Seiden & Kaufman in 2022 as a partner, he worked at a prestigious personal injury firm in New York City for seven and a half years, securing numerous significant verdicts and settlements. He is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York's United States District Courts.
