Daniel M. Woods

Mr. Woods is a successful trial lawyer. He has performed various trials, both bench and jury trials, and has appeared before appellate, trial and administrative judges and in federal, state and territorial courts. His most recent jury verdict in 2024 was for a groundbreaking $128 million, believed to the highest verdict of its kind in the history of Utah. Mr. Woods clerked for the Honorable Dale A.
