Daniel P. Emkey

Daniel P. Emkey was born and raised in Berks County, Pennsylvania. He attended Holy Name High School, then went on to study Criminal Justice at Alvernia College, where he was part of Alpha Phi Sigma, an All-American Scholar, and president of the St. Thomas More Honor Society. He earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, participating in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program and the Harrisburg Civil Law Clinic.
