Daniel T. Stanton

Mr. Stanton received his J.D. from John Marshall Law School in 1980 and his B.A. from the Loyola University of Chicago in 1977. He joined the firm in 1978 as a law clerk and became an associate in 1980. Mr. Stanton has handled an extensive variety of cases including multiple mesothelioma cases, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, motor vehicle negligence, product liability, premises liability, construction site negligence, nursing home neglect and abuse, and wrongful death.
