Daniela Martinez, originally from Puerto Rico, is an Associate Attorney with a passion for justice. She graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She interned at the District Attorney’s Office and served four years as a Victim Witness Legal Assistant in Union County, North Carolina. She discovered personal injury law in law school, where she was a Student Ambassador, Vice President of the Public Interest Law Society, Director of the Peer Mentoring Program, ABA student representative, and Kaplan representative.
