Dario de Ghetaldi

Dario de Ghetaldi’s extensive legal experience is comprised of class action and complex, trust, probate, business, and real estate litigation, in both the trial and appellate courts. His cases include elder abuse, consumer fraud and securities actions. Mr. de Ghetaldi joined our firm in 1989, after working as a judicial staff attorney at the California Court of Appeal for the First Appellate District, and a research attorney for the San Mateo County Superior Court.
