Darryn Solotoff is the managing partner and chief trial counsel of Elovich and Adell. Darryn has successfully litigated or supervised legal proceedings of hundreds of plaintiffs and defense cases in a broad range of personal injury matters throughout the State of New York. Darryn is a strong advocate for victims’ rights and represents his clients’ interests in many personal injury areas, including accidents of every kind, torts, construction matters, premises liability, consumer fraud, defective products, medical malpractice and government liability. He is fervently dedicated to top-notch client service and provides an unwavering voice to his clients’ legal matters. He is focused on understanding the root causes, consequences, and prevention of negligent and intentional acts by business owners, governmental entities and individuals. In that spirit, Darryn is a staunch supporter of inspiring change in organizations who expose individuals to harm or accidents. Similarly, he zealously defends actions against businesses that have been brought by fraudulent actors. He is an active member in the community and organizations to advance the rights of victims and consumers, such as Long Beach Chamber of Commerce, Nassau County Bar Association - Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Committee, Association of Boutique Law Firms.
