Darwin H. Bingham

Mr. Bingham received a B.S. degree (cum laude) in Political Science from Utah State University in 1994, and a J.D. from the University of Idaho in 1997. He served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Roger S. Burdick in Twin Falls, Idaho during 1997-98. His bar admissions include the Utah State Bar (1997), the Idaho State Bar (1998) and the U.S. District Court (Utah and Idaho). Mr. Bingham served as Vice-Chairman of the Bankruptcy Section of the Utah State Bar (2014-2015), and Chairman (2015-2016).
