He is also experienced in representing clients in various civil litigation throughout West Virginia’s state and federal courts, including business disputes, property damage and mass or complex litigation cases. David resides in Charleston, WV with his wife, Kelly. David and his wife enjoy cooking, traveling, and attending WVU sporting events.
