David A. Moscow entered the legal profession to zealously advocate for his client’s constitutional rights in criminal and civil litigation matters. David graduated from the Pennsylvania State University (PSU) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science before earning his Juris Doctor at the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University.
