About David
David Allen serves as Of Counsel, bringing over 40 years of diverse legal experience, including roles with major energy firms and as a partner in Mississippi regional law firms. His practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, banking and mortgage law, estate planning, and probate administration. He graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law in December 1977, and furthered his education with an MBA from Tulane University in 1989 and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama in 2010.
