David Kendall launched the Kendall Law Firm in 2009 after a long career with another personal injury law firm. His goal was to provide quality legal services in an approachable manner. David is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps and delivers the same level of unwavering service to his personal injury clients. With over 30 years of experience, David Kendall has helped thousands of injured people all across Virginia. Few lawyers in the region have handled more personal injury cases than he has. He has been in private practice since 1988, when he joined a Charlottesville personal injury firm. He soon became a partner and practiced there for 21 years, before forming the Kendall Law Firm in 2009.
