David was born and raised in the Huffman area of Birmingham, AL. After graduating from Huffman High School, he attended Birmingham Southern College where he earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration. He earned his law degree at Birmingham School of Law and has been licensed to practice law in Alabama since 2000.
