David Barber began trying cases to Kentucky juries immediately after graduating from law school, serving as a prosecutor and working in personal injury and civil litigation. He has tried over 120 cases to Kentucky juries and represented clients nationwide. His practice focuses on holding people and corporations accountable, especially in cases of negligent security and unsafe alcohol service. He obtained a $19.3M verdict in 2022 for negligent security and Dram shop liability.
