David Bergen is an accomplished trial lawyer representing individuals and companies across Texas and the country, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars. He has been named a SuperLawyers Texas Rising Star every year since 2019. His practice focuses on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, 18-wheeler wrecks, maritime injury, plant explosion cases, first-party insurance disputes, and complex commercial litigation. He attended law school at the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii and the University of Houston Law Center. Prior to law school, he taught high school English with Teach For America.
