David Blackwell is a personal injury attorney with over two decades of experience fighting for individuals and families in South Carolina. He founded his own law firm in 2003 after earning his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He is certified to practice in South Carolina State and Federal Courts, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and is a certified mediator. Beyond his legal practice, he has served as Mayor of Kershaw and is actively involved in community initiatives, including the David Blackwell Law Foundation.
