David C. Donohue graduated from Canisius College in 1988 and John Marshall Law School in 1994. He was admitted to practice in New York in 1994. His practice focuses on personal injury claims, including wrongful death, auto crashes, slip and fall injuries, dog bite injuries, premises liability, and sexual assault claims. He also handles real estate transactions, criminal defense, DWI, wills & estates, family court matters, divorce, and contractual disputes. He is a member of the NYS Bar Association, Erie County Bar Association, and the Bar Association of the Tonawandas. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker.
