Attorney David Driscoll concentrates his practice on providing top-notch, aggressive legal services while keeping his clients informed every step of the way. Since he started practicing law in 2002, David has focused on defending his client's rights against serious criminal charges and adverse actions filed by the State of North Carolina and the DMV. David focuses in DUI / DWI Defense, Criminal Defense, and defending against suspensions of licenses. He practices law throughout the state of North Carolina, primarily in Mecklenburg, Union, Gaston, and Cabarrus counties. David received his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and studied at Oxford University. He earned his J.D. from Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. David has been an Adjunct Professor, heading a Driver's License Restoration Clinic. He has lived in Charlotte his entire lifetime.
