Dave and his wife Suzanne, who is also an attorney, have three boys. When Dave is not in the office, he can be found coaching and taxiing his three boys around to football, hockey and basketball games and practice. He enjoys being outdoors hunting, running or helping out on the family ranch located in the Williston Basin that has been in his family for generations. Dave has successfully handled numerous jury and bench trials and is board certified as Certified Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
