David E. Kwartler dedicates his practice to representing clients who have been injured by someone else’s negligent actions. Throughout his career, David successfully recovered millions of dollars in settlements for his injured clients in a wide range of accident claims, including motor vehicle accidents, slip & fall, and wrongful death. David regularly sits as an Arbitrator and Judge Pro Tempore in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. David is an aggressive advocate who works hard to pursue full compensation for his clients.
