David F. Delinko is an attorney with litigation experience since 1982. He has served as a Judge Pro Tem and a Court Appointed Arbitrator for the Los Angeles Superior Court. He also served over 30 years as a Reserve Police Officer, retiring with the rank of Captain. He holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of South Florida (1978) and a J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law (1981). His practice areas include personal injury litigation, business disputes, and product liability cases.
